Sunset Island features three private beaches for your enjoyment away from the crowded city. All of the beaches are connected by nature walks that wraps the island on the water's edge.

Fishermen, look no further! Sunset Island has its own private fishing and crabbing pier. Not a fisherman? No problem. The pier is one the best places to watch the sunset. Bring your chairs and close friends to enjoy the tranquility of nature.

The South Shore of Sunset Island is a boater's paradise. Almost 100 boat slips are conveniently situated here, and all of them are available for community members. Each boat slip provides electricity, water and easy access to the Bay and Ocean.

The Interactive Fountain is a centerpiece of the Sunset Island Complex. Conveniently located in the center of the island, it provides hours of enjoyment for all ages. There is nothing better on a hot summer day than to cool off by running thought the fountains of cascading water.
